Cancellation Policy

At The Babe Bus, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Because we are a mobile spa, your appointment includes travel time, setup, and preparation to create a luxury experience.

Appointment Changes

• We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Late Arrivals

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. Late arrivals may be treated as a same-day cancellation if the service can no longer be completed.

Card on File

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with this cancellation policy.

Emergencies

Life happens. If an emergency or illness arises, please contact us as soon as possible. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis.
